for Meningitis. (ACYW135) Please have the Doctors stamp and signature on the
certificate.
- Ladies with Mehram need
proper proof of relationship.
- Ladies over 45 years can
travel with the group. Please call for details.
- Birth certificate for
children.
- Notarized marriage
certificate.
- Shahada certificate
required for new Muslims.
- Visa form to be
completed with all correct information.
- People with work visa
for USA can also go for Hajj.
- Elderly people visiting
USA on multiple entry visa might also be eligible to be accompanied by their
children or Mahrems from USA.

be patient.
- Be kind and tolerant to
everyone.
- Take a walk on a daily
basis before your Hajj trip to be in active and fit physical condition.
- Drink bottled water and
other soft drinks in plenty.
- Wear cotton clothing and
comfortable sandals.
- Carry money and
Identification cards on yourself, not in a handbag.
- Take a small alarm clock
and wear a watch.
- Umbrella and hand fan
are highly recommended.
- Carry enough medicine to
last the entire trip. Keep your prescriptions with you, as well as additional
eye glasses if needed.
- You can perform
Hajj-e-Badl for your deceased or ill parents/relatives if you have already
performed your Hajj.

Airlink Tours and Travel, Inc. and other suppliers of air and ground
transportation, accommodations, meals or other services shall not be
responsible or liable for any damage, death, loss, injury or accident to
persons and property in connection with above services resulting directly or
indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond their control, included but
no limited to defects and breakdown or substitution of equipment, strikes,
theft, acts of government or other authorities, war, terrorism, riots, fire or
as a result of natural disasters. Airlink and affiliates will not be
responsible or liable for any inconvenience and damages due to failure in
following instructions, including baggage handling, check in and out at
airports, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their
negligence or delay at any time during Hajj tour, or due to improper visas,
documents and passports. A deposit of $1,500.00 is required for reservation.
Full payment is due by Ramadan. Cancellation charges 30 days prior to departure
are $750. No refunds two weeks prior or after departure. Insurance can be
provided on request.
